Collection of Audi R-Series super luxury cars(2 of 3)

Audi RS-4

The Audi RS4 quattro is the top tier and highest performing version of some specific generations of the Audi A4 range of automobiles. It is a sports-focused compact executive car (often called sport compact[citation needed] in some countrieswhich?), produced by Audi's high-performance private subsidiary quattro

GmbH, in limited numbers, for German car manufacturer AUDI AG, part of the larger Volkswagen Group. It slots distinctly above the Audi S4, as the fastest, most sports-focused model based on the A4's "B" automobile platform.

The RS 4 made a comeback in 2012, in Avant form only based on the Audi A4 Avant. The original B5 version was produced only as a five-door five-seat "Avant", Audi's name for an estate car/station wagon. The second version, the B7, was released initially as a

four-door five-seat saloon/sedan, with the Avant following a short while later. A two-door four-seat Cabriolet version was subsequently added. Furthermore, their unique internal combustion engines are all front-mounted, and are longitudinally oriented. The transmission is mounted immediately at the rear of the engine in a longitudinal orientation, in the form of a transaxle, and contains both a center and front differential.

Price of Audi RS-4 is $43,333 onwards.

Audi RS-5

The Audi RS5 is what happens when you give the gang at Quattro GmbH, Audi’s in-house performance division, a long leash and an open checkbook. While it shares its basic silhouette with the comparatively pedestrian A5/S5 coupe, the RS5 is an entirely different beast. At its core is a 450-hp 4.2-liter naturally

aspirated V-8 that loves to rev to its 8300-rpm redline. (For those keeping score, that’s more than double the 220 horsepower produced by the turbocharged 2.0-liter four found in the A5 and 117 more than the 333-hp 3.0-liter supercharged V-6 in the S5.)

All-wheel drive is standard, and Audi’s seven-speed S tronic dual-clutch automatic is the sole transmission choice. Like the proverbial iron fist in a velvet glove, the RS5 packs a powerful punch,

boasting a 450-hp 4.2-liter V-8 that loves to rev. There is a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission, Quattro all-wheel drive, and a sport-tuned suspension, all on hand for maximum driving enjoyment. The RS5 is available as coupe or as a cabriolet for those who like a little sun with their fun.

Price of Audi RS-5 is $73247 onwards

Audi RS-6

The Audi RS 6 quattro, commonly referred to as the RS6, is the highest-performing version, and top-of-the-line specification of the Audi A6, positioned above the Audi S6. It is a mid-size sports-focused executive car, produced by the

high-performance private subsidiary company quattro GmbH, for Audi AG, part of the Volkswagen Group.

The first and second versions of the RS6 were produced as a five-door five-seat "Avant", Audi's name for an estate car–station wagon and a four-door five-seat saloon–sedan. The third generation is only available as an Avant.

The "RS" initials are taken from the German: RennSport – literally translated as

"racing sport", and is Audi's ultimate 'top-tier' high-performance trim level, positioned a noticeable step above the "S" model specification level of Audi's regular model range line-up. Like all Audi "RS" models, the RS6 pioneers some of Audi's newest and advanced engineering and technology, and so could be described as a halo vehicle, with the latest RS6 having the most powerful internal combustion engine out of all Audi models, with more horsepower and torque than the physically larger Audi S8.

Price of Audi RS-6 is $26521 onwards
